No she wasn’t drinking. That is just her accent. There was a comment made on TD about it. He is from her same area and said he didnt notice any accent bec that’s how everybody talks where he’s from. Personally, I thought it was just an ethnic type of accent. I used to travel a lot. Even people from the same area can talk diff because of their enclave.
