Just saw that Pence is being sued to stop him from counting Electoral Votes. He should settle out of Court. Consent decrees are all the rage these days. Democrats would be proud.

Republicans really need to start playing by the same rulebook as the other team. Since Pence is being sued he should just settle out of court and let the other side challenge it in court after the fact. You know, after everything is moot and Trump is inaugurated President.
