I don’t mean to minimize your beautiful post, but there is such as thing as excess pity. My poor mother finds a reason to feel bad for most people, especially Trump. She imagines he is tortured, depressed, and just about ready to give up. This is of course her own personal projection, and those observations are to my knowledge, completely imagined.
There are happy warriors in the world. Strange men and women who are actually energized by adversity. You find this quality often in athletes, business executives, soldiers, etc. I have never seen Trump overtaken by grief, or even needing my prayer. I still pray for him, but I don’t cry for him. I see a happy warrior, God’s warrior, perfectly placed in a moment made for him.
True, could also be things happening in the family. Even a king worries about someone. Whether it's a mother, grandmother, in-law, or other. We know a lot about him but not every family member.
Honestly, that hard faced stoicism in the face of monumental adversity makes him look the most presidential I have even seen him. That's it. That's the currency shot.
I found it following a link somewhere and I don't remember where but it's in the bottom of the image. It's the images self not the words spoken that Drew my attention. In the five years that he's been president I have never seen that expression on his face, not one time. This is a rare peek behind the scenes of Donald Trump and that he is in great anguish by all that he has discovered.
Same whatever criticism I may have of him before are gone because he has gone above and beyond. One of the most decent and brave men ever to be president. What they are trying to do to him is unimaginable. I will tell you this if this man does not break, he will break them.
They have thrown everything at him and he withstood it. And now they have decided to sink so low as to steal and falsify elections on a level previously thought impossible.
There is going to be hell to pay even if we have to make them pay ourselves. If need be let God's plan work through us. Something has to be done. This cannot stand.
Pray for his health. I know the unfairness of this whole situation is taking it's toll on the poor man. Mentally, physically, emotionally, and even spiritually. Trump deserve better! He's worked harder than any politician in the recent 50 years!
All I can think is ... he is but one man. One grandpa. One dad. One of us. But so was George Washington. So we carry on.
