President Trump said "I just want to stop the world from killing itself". And with that in mind I pray,

Heavenly Father, our Lord and loving Creator, we come to you that you would hear our plea, that you would hear us in this time of strife, on the edge between a beautiful Republic constructed with the highest ideals you have given to men, and the most evil ideas men could come up with to destroy it. Give strength to our leader, Donald J Trump. Give him the strength to face the battle that is here in front of him. Gird him with your armor, calm him with your power, and focus his efforts where it will strike the enemy the hardest.

There is an ever-present spiritual battle that we all are a part of whether we all know it or not, but we beseech you Oh Lord, to make warriors of us all in that battle and support our leader, in Your name. Our Republic is the greatest force for Your message and Your truth in the world. Let us defeat evil and preserve this nation your wisdom created.

We thank you for the many blessings you have given us, even in this troubled time, and we ask humbly for your swift hand to turn evil upon itself and take it from us.

Through Jesus your blessed gift to our world, we pray these things. Amen.
