The gym outside Buffalo, NY won their first round in court today and can operate with no capacity restriction. Hopefully this is a sign of things to come. They took Cuomo apart on the basis that they seem to have pulled the 25% number out of their ass when gyms actually account for 1/10th the spread of a Wal-mart.

Of course she is saying “science“ chili places like restaurants, gyms, etc. Have high rates of Covid spread with no such science exists, even according to Governor Cuomo next-door.
