We are at a cross road. Should trump do an insurrection act, as has been hinted by Powell, or should he follow the constitutional construct and take it to an electoral vote on the 6th of January. Per Jenna

The Jenna approach would only work with honest judges with spines. That is clearly not what exists. Electoral fraud on this scale is unprecedented in US history. Cowardly judges frantically seek absurd technicalities to avoid even hearing cases. And the answer by the guilty will always be "we made the procedural changes ... because COVID!"
The thing about the Flynn / Powell approach is that while court cases are being filed, it works whether the courts allow the cases or not. If they allow them, then the solid evidence of electronic fraud will prevail. (Seriously, it's ludicrous to have over 50% of ballots scanned being sent to adjudication. Rates impossibly higher than any previous election. And bulk adjudication occurring at speeds that rule out due process.)
But the Flynn / Powell approach is working even without any court hearing evidence. The public is hearing it, they are seeing it and they are understanding it. Even better, all the evidence is being stored in the public domain. It's beyond the point where Biden could ever be considered legitimate. And for those that orchestrated the main electoral fraud, the problem is far greater than 90% of Trump voters believing the vote was fradulent, 30% of Democrats also hold that view. Sure, many "Democrats" now sneer "We won! Sure we cheated, but you cucks ain't gonna do a thing about it. You'll be donating to RINOs again within a week!". But if Biden is installed they will soon realize they didn't win. Democrats didn't win. Socialists didn't win. Rich old white men who sold their country to China will have won.
This is why the Flynn / Powell approach is effective. Regardless of the courts, it gets the understanding of the fraud into the public domain. The Lamescream Misleadia and the Big Tech Neo-Orwellians haven't been able to stop it. The Biden meat-puppet can be installed, or even the cackling crone Harris, but even with Hussain Obama yelling frantically from the prompt box, it will only be a matter of weeks before sorry Democrat voters side with Trump voters, unified in the knowledge that those behind the electoral fraud, those seeking to rule and tax them, do not have the peoples consent.

Even though I believe appointing Powell as a special council alone may do a lot of accomplishments alone, I think she'd be able to indict or even prosecute a lot of swamp rats.
I trust powell and flynn over giuliani and jenna.

I feel like giuliani and jenna steered trump away from the insurrection act idea.
Patrick mentioned that Trump didn't even realize how much legal options he had in regards with dealing with the fraud.. that flynn and powell had to inform him of all of his options he didn't know he had.
I'm not sure if giuliani and jenna were at the meeting, but if trump didn't know his options.. Then that just goes to show you they didn't inform trump of it..
I agree... I stand with Lin Wood and Powell and Flynn. They are patriots and normal citizens currently.
I just want to add one more thing. Jenna is constantly acting as if the insurrection act is unconstitutional. It's not, it's an executive order that is allowed specifically when this exact scenario and context has occurred; When foreign governments are messing with the election, and when massive fraud is occuring.
If you're not going to use insurrection act for the very reason it was made for, then what's the point of it's creation!?

My thoughts on them is that their job is to rile up the base on Twitter. They have a role but won't be the deciding factor.
First the second, then the first.
Constitutional process. Any alternative is a disaster waiting to happen. It is not what Trump wants. He is not guaranteed of sufficient support to succeed. It would overshadow the stolen election and most likely ruin his legacy.
I'd imagine everyone is in agreement to try the legal route first. Knowing that if that fails we have an alternative. Probably why it's even talked about at all. It's ultimately their choice how this goes down. Neither way is the easy way but one will certainly be a lot harder on them than the other.
