No he did not try to cert original electors, the suit is asking him not to, and then to certify alternative electors based on the fraud. The suit has standing because the states have cert bad original electors.
It is odd to me that they use the word integrity. I assume they're concerned about disenfranchisement. Doesn't that occur if your vote has been made fractional?

In my opinion getting arrested will be the safest move for these people.
Because when common people feel they have no way out they will resort to mass shootings and other acts of violence including assassination. This is the future that the Dems are risking by going along with this fraud.
I would never condone nor commit any such acts, I have plans for new family business in 2021. But the dregs, the disaffected and the mad? They will try to "even the score". 70+ million pissed off Americans (not even including the permanent residents etc) are not just going to stand by.
I say WILL because if Biden and Harris win someone is going to try to do something about it mark my words. And honestly if they won I would be surprised if they completed an entire first term.

There's nothing bad about this lawsuit. Pence being as defendant could possibly metaphorically hang all the other defendants.

State cheats and certifies bogus electors. GOP gets their own. <----what are Pence's options at this stage.
