Here's an idea. Tell the bank the federal government is offloading the liability of the student loans to all Universities that receive federal money. Then if someone has to declare banruptcy the university they went to and the bank can deal it out. They can't do shit. In order to not fuck up the economy, only allow bankruptcy for the most dire situations, and gradually lower it
