Bro I live in new Mexico and I'm pretty sure their is absolute butt loads of Hispanic americans that live rurally outside of the big cities. They are less likely to have their votes tampered with like the big cities. The black community if you look at their geographical location live almost completely in big cities.
I personally think the black community is just like the rest. I think it's about 50/50 but the fraud makes it look like 70%+ the democrats targeting them since the days of slavery doesn't help either but as we've figured out these last couple years they are actually just targeting everyone who won't vote, think and talk like they do. For example, the kkk went after white conservatives too but no one talks about that outside of this place sadly.

I'm also not buying that trump lost white peoples vote this time around. As an ex libtard white guy, I think he gained in the white vote this cycle. I firmly believe the dems had so much fraud happening to the point that dead people casted ballots, it only makes sense to assume they flipped a bunch of white peoples votes too in order to pull off a biden cheated win.
