The display part of the law is CLEARLY unconstitutional. The Supreme court has said over and over, that unpopular or hateful speech is constitutional.
Cuomo just wasted some more of New York taxpayers money when the State has to defend this losing proposition in court....typical Democrat and their complete contempt for the tax mules that pay the bills...
