Nothing in there anyone wants, but, it is tied to the govt. spending in general I thought, in which case the real play is to pull out the dreaded Government Shutdown card. Plus, the NDAA with its poison pills on the Insurrection Act and troop withdrawal is now being ignored, though McConnel plans a revote on the 29th. I think the whole COVID part is a headfake.
