Got a Romanian girlfriend, whom I love. She’s got the big brown eyes, long dark hair, and striking facial features without the eastern nose. Wonderful family too. They’re always together cooking and socializing and don’t bother with any mask bullshit. The first time I met her parents, her mother talked to me about how the Democrats want communism, so they want nothing to do with them. I think I did alright 😉 I will say a lot of her family are pretty, uh, round lol. The American diet didn’t do wonders for them. Apparently they drank nothing but soda when they first arrived here, since Coke and Pepsi were basically status symbols for them.
Making Christmas cookies...every recipe of my Mother’s starts with 4-sticks of butter! We love to cook, drink, celebrate, and be together! The evils of communism, for us, was not even a generation away. My Sister was born there!
Oh yeah, loads of butter, meat, sour cream, tomatoes, and cabbage. All stuff I love. They get dobos cake from a Romanian Baker they know and always get mici sausages for big gatherings. I was once put to work in the kitchen peeling roasted red peppers for zacusca. Good stuff my friend!
Nothing wrong with the eastern nose, imo. They wear it well. My high school sweetheart was 1st generation Serbian/Polish. Beautiful mint colored eyes with gold flecks. Looked like a bond girl. Drove the male teachers crazy.
