There's only one thing that our National Government should be regulating and that's the businesses of other countries who deal with our country to protect the businesses we have here. And that falls under national defense, protecting our nation from other nations.

If the government puts restraint on American businesses through regulations, permits, fees, licenses, they are enforcing control over how I must conduct my business..... so it's a control over my means of production....... there for it is socialism......( government control over industry)....
