The headline of this article is kind of misleading. As attorney John Eastman points out in the article, the clerk of the Court automatically dockets cert cases 30 days out from the date of filing. Eastman says the Court is aware of their need for an expedited process. That said, I have no faith in the Court at this point. I think even if they take up a case, they will kick it back to state legislatures.
