Okay I lied, I only wrote that title to get your attention. Lol. But I have a family member who is basically saying that to me, and I'm looking for some information on this story as it's the first time I'm hearing about it. Have you guys heard about Trump's pardon of Nick Slatton and 3 others who are accused of killing a child and others in Iraq? Here's the MSM take on it..

Hoping to get some help here and I'm researching myself as well.

Well, blackwater had a habit of making their own rules of engagement, but I don't know how criminal it was. This was in the days where you went to the stockade for self defense engagement situations. They basically claimed they were GOING to be attacked and fired first, and a 9 year old was part of the collateral damage.

Yeah I mean everyone likes to nitpick everytime a president does this. We did it when Clinton pardoned his corrupt buddy Mark rich. I can deal with a few bad ones when he’s pardoning Flynn papd and stone,

WE do not have to like everything Trump does. He has done a lot of good pardons. These are really bad ones. Anyone who can sit here and justify all those unarmed people gunned down has fucking issues. I'm going to guess there are some back door negations on a lot of these deals. Like Trump wants this companies support.

Trump is supposed to be better than Obama.

Seeing as the propaganda set the narrative, they were probably put in a hairy situation and did what they thought was best. Also, Eric Prince was head oa black water at the time is the brother of education secretary Betsy devos

Ok CNN. If you read the spot report you will find that a vehicle refused to quit advancing, shots were fired and stun grenades released, at which point the Iraqi army and police starting dropping rounds. The firefight after is where everyone died. In the spot report they even state at least 3 dead were not civilians.

This began when the convoy they were assigned to protect had already taken fire.

They got scared. What a fucking moron. They were worried about a vehicle IED. The Iraqi’s started the second firefight. There were enemy combatants. They even radioed in that they were under attack from insurgents and the Iraqi police.

But they “got scared”. % different reports and you hang your hat on the Washpo report. Moron

I don't gaf is some on else was shooting at them. That's some bullshit. You still don't accidently get to shoot 21 non combatants killing 14. That's not a mistake when you shoot 21 people that were non combatants.

G F yourself. Eliminating threats some times cause collateral damage. F off.

At the time of their death people like Adolf Eichmann and Ted Bundy were “unarmed civilians”. It’s a phrase that’s not really relevant.

Plus I don’t know the details but I have a big, BIG problem with sending young men into war to kill people on our behalf, then punishing them for killing people. So the bar on that one has to be incredibly high - higher than just “unarmed civilians”. Civilians die in wars, that’s just a fact of life.

Who knows if that’s true? I don’t, and I don’t believe you do either - neither of us was there and I assume neither of us has read al the official reports on it. You know who has though, who has sufficient security clearance and inside knowledge to understand what really happened?? The President.

I cam guarantee that that is not the important part of the mission. Shit can go south, real quick. Decisions must be made to preserve the integrity of the mission.

Wow. I'm not going to dignify that with a response on topic. You don't have to resort to vile behavior because someone has a differing opinion. With that, have a Merry Christmas.
