Yeah, after making a bunch of nice memes which were all completely ignored for stickiness while countless lame, tired one-sentence KFC jokes and hundreds of badly-drawn frogs got stickied all the time, I definitely noticed that. Nowadays I don't make any more memes. Guess why.
Perhaps on The New Donald, The Mods can give gifted Memes like many members of the <thedonald.win> a Specified Meme Category which we can all visit and vote up/down on the best Meme's of the Month...

A dedicated area just for memes with up/down-votability is an excellent, excellent idea. It'd encourage meme-making and would also provide a place for viewers to go to see the latest memes concentrated all in one area, with no other non-meme content cluttering it up.
Same sort options as the main site. "Top" to see the best, "New" to see the latest, "Rising" to see the current rapid up-and-comers.
Without this, great memes get lost in the relentless "'NEW' stream", the constant barrage of new posts that flood in, and they can get pushed down into oblivion and ignored as a result. It's happened to my memes many times, I have GREAT memes with like 15 upvotes and 0 or 1 comment because of this happening, and they've been up for many weeks. I ought to repost some of them, actually.
