I'm currently at the ICU in a Texas hospital visiting my wife. She had surgery last week and has had setbacks. I asked several times if I can stay with her, and they all parrot the same answer that because of covid, for the safety of the staff and patients, I can't stay the night in her room.
So, I can visit her everyday from 8a to 6p, but it's safer for me to leave a hospital, do whatever I want for 14 hours, and come back the next day at 8a than it is for me to stay in a hospital room with her?

I had a medical professional tell me - "it's a capacity problem".. Basically the hospital takes 3 times as much resources to deal with the virus.. because they are trying to keep people separate and that kind of thing. Seems to me like the regeneron antibody treatment that the President used and cured in just a few days, could be used to deal with people that get sick. So in other words, of course take some standard medical precautions to slow the spread in the healthcare facility but don't go friggin overboard and just treat the people who get sick with the therapy.
I wonder if the masses are allowed the regeneron? I heard Dr. Ben Carson had it - after getting into a bad situation with the virus.. If people aren't allowed the regeneron, then it would be the FDA pushing the death for not allowing something that can help. Should be allowed and used widely based on emergency usage authorization.

The people never get an approved treatment for anything unless Big Pharma is sure they have it monopolized (or at least a cartel) and stand to make a lot of money on it. Any simple, cheap, and effective treatment will automatically be demonized and verboten.

It's funny to see the person's reaction, when the first "actor" answers that it was a man they make a face like "pfff , no of course it wasn't", then the second one says the same thing and the face goes to "what? what are you talking about", then progressively you see the face becoming more and more concerned, you can see the shift going in the person's mind, finally it gets to them, and the crushing majority just simply answers "yeah, it was a man"

They need to answer for why the flu disappeared. My guess is the covid numbers weren’t good enough to drum up the panic so they borrowed the flu numbers. They may have done this by using the PCR test on people who went to the hospital with flu symptoms. I'm currently at the ICU in a Texas hospital visiting my wife. She had surgery last week and has had setbacks. I asked several times if I can stay with her, and they all parrot the same answer that because of covid, for the safety of the staff and patients, I can't stay the night in her room.
So, I can visit her everyday from 8a to 6p, but it's safer for me to leave a hospital, do whatever I want for 14 hours, and come back the next day at 8a than it is for me to stay in a hospital room with her?
Not to mention staff different staff changing shifts.
