I was so heartbroken about Ron Paul I checked out of politics completely. It was too painful for me to have seen the corruption of the MSM and RNC and I couldnt unsee it.
He was never really a power hungry Rino. Just an easy target for the media to demonize because of his somewhat wonkish personality and poor ability to name legislation. Thus he wasn't really as effective as he should have been. Too much of a wonky nerd.

The guy got the pubs the majority in the house with his contract with America for first time in 60 years or so. He’s a pretty damn stellar guy.
