I've got a better idea. Take away $25 Million from what those congresspyrsyns are making already. Confiscate/divide up that + the other Trillions they want to embezzle/send out of the country for various pork/money-laundering/"foreign aid," then use that to give me (and my countrymen) $57,000 each.
