Without some call to actual violence, I don't see why it wouldn't be allowed. I could see possible copyright issues, but this game looks so ridiculously bad that it's probably safely within all kinds of satire/parody protections.
It doesn't appear to be real-life inciting violence, or porn; and I reckon those are the only established, legitimate justifications for censorship.
Incidentally, if it were shown that this was a right-wing coder fleecing some cash out of the insane liberals, and letting them blow off some impotent keyboard steam, we'd probably all applaud the effort.
