I don't think that's right, they didn't "update" anything. That's only if they passed a new bill, but as the title of the post states "bill fails to pass" - so the previous 10 day window stands.
Don't hide anyone, stop the fearmongering (not you, the news/governments) pretending this is a deadly plague when it simply is not, this is not to say no one has died from it but people die from lots of things, the amount of death of this is in no way proportional to the measures they have put in place. If people are scared they should make the choice themselves to hide out forever.
