If a special session is called and goes against the WI constitution, any legislation or resolutions that come out of it are invalid. You may not like that, or agree with the provisions for having a special session, but that is just the truth. There is a long history of legislation being thrown out when legislatures (at all different gov’t levels) convene “illegally.”
