Hebrews and Jesus agree. If they didn't, then they would not both be contained in the Bible, and regarded as Canon Scripture. No-one is choosing one over the other.
Hebrews is written for Jews who couldn't let go of the past. Jesus speaks to all.
The Choice offered by the New Testament is the same for the Jew as it is for the Gentile. Accept Christ.... or be cast out.
I don't know what denomination of Christian you are, but you come across as a condescending know-it-all, and one who has an aversion for the Epistles. You are so focussed on the future (which is still clouded), that you have lost sight of the present, and so therefore it is you who are leading others into darkness.
Looking at your post history - it seems all you're here to do on this site is stir up religious arguments, which is just pretty pathetic, and something that I have neither the time nor the interest in continuing.
Blocked - as I really don't need to hear any more of your vapid nonsense.
I'm sure you've blocked by now, but I say this for anyone else who would trawl through post history to find fuel for ad hominems.
Yes I do mostly lurk to get news from an unfiltered source. But when I see false teachings I speak up because if not for God, then for who? When His word is twisted so badly, and when you yourself say any tradition or body of believers (the tree grafted into) that is older than Jesus or Hebrews is good for nothing but to be burned, it becomes imperative to. The Bible tells us to.
Seems the block function doesn't do much as I'm still seeing your replies.
You're welcome to stand up against false teachings all you want - but that makes you a massive hypocrite - as your are the FACE of false teaching, yourself.
The dead Jewish line that clings to Torah and Talmud is good for nothing, and will be burned. Only believers who have accepted Christ and bear his fruit will be saved. God has no use for crooked, rotten, unbelieving Jews who still think themselves the Chosen People. Matthew 8:12 deals with these smug "Israelites".
Jesus says "I am the vine, you are the branches"... so Christians are not grafted into a dead, filthy, corrupt Jewish tree of tradition and bloodline, but rather straight into the tree of life - Christ himself.
You're the one telling people to ignore what Paul says in his letters - so I don't believe you are qualified in the slightest to tell others what is twisted or not when your own vision is so terribly, terribly skewed.

I have accepted Christ and I do what he tells me. Peace. 🙏
