they say they don't wanna touch this case because it is political, but by hearing the case after the fucking inauguration they are playing fucking politics. also what good is hearing this case if the fucking illegitimate winner is sworn in? fucking kidding me right now?

Declining to hear the Texas case was absolutely political.

This action is political.

Deferral and decline to act here IS political. And entirely against their crucial role in the US government.
