Here is a great idea. Veto it, sign an EO for the $2000/4000 to kickstart America, and just be done. Fuck Congress and their shells and kickbacks. Its our money, and then open the fucking U.S back up. Problem solved..use 3 pens if needed, we bought em for ya Mr President!
