Amend it, not end it. They want an excuse to end it. Let lets them curate who is and isn't allowed to talk with impunity. Right now, they still have to play into freedom of speech, but we all know if they get the chance to say "ooops, we had to do it so we don't get sued", they will use it as a method to silence any dissent.

Instead, change it to only disallow what is illegal, and then enforce it strictly, and without mercy.
