My wife is 9 months 3 days pregnant and we were just in a car accident. She's in the emergency room being checked out. She is sore but her and baby are ok. I am sitting in an empty waiting room seeing hospital staff sitting around doing nothing while I am unable to be with my wife because of covid. (media.patriots.win)

No, no. That's not how this works. The hospital is private property, it's NOT public property. It doesn't matter where the do funding comes from.

Historically it does An entitiy that A. Doesn't have a single owner or family own B. Is finance or recieve capital not from that individual or family or thru the sell of products or service thru the private market. Is consider public. Only in modern times did this stupid notion of private public started appearing which the name ib itself is an oxymoron.
