Fwiw... I once got pulled over by the police and informed that someone with my same full name and birth date had an outstanding warrant. I got out of it because that guy is half a foot taller than me and had specific tattoos. Everybody has a doppelganger out there....

I know of at least one completely other person with the same name and DOB. The power company used to send us each others bills. It happens.
