That piece of text was then stored within a safe at the DOJ, and in addition to the paper document, if the currently living Senators and two journalist wish to come forward themselves they could affirm his story.
Now the question that sits with me is WHY did Obama/Comey reach out to Byrne to do the Hillary bribe. Sure he's rich, but so are others. My guess is they knew he had a little document sitting in the DOJ that would protect him without any need to expose themselves. Byrne could just say "I was investigating Hillary for corruption" and a look into the DOJ safe he'd be allowed to go on his way.

The thing about Powell, her claims sound so crazy it seems like she has gone off the rails, but then you look at the facts and nothing else makes sense. This election goes way beyond a few registered dead people and a few bad apple vote counters. We're talking millions of unexplained votes, and coordination on an industrial scale.
