Not sure if you're talking about Ezra's Eagle found in the old Apocrypha scriptures that used to be placed between the old and new testament in the King James version of the bible. 2 Esdras chapt. 11 and 12. Look up James T. Prout on YouTube or go to www.lastdaystimeline.com for a presentation on it.

I never heard a prediction, but I did see a meme, during the 2016 election. I think it said Hillary would be the first female president, Bernie would be the first Jewish president, Ted Cruz would be the first Canadian president, and Trump would be the, uh...yeah. The funny thing is I think the author of the meme was trying to make the point that Trump would destroy America.
