This is absolutely true. Reminds me of this song.

As long he's on the gravy train it makes no difference to him who's in the Whitehouse or Senate leader.

It’s truly disgusting. Dems stick together no matter what. Republicans don’t and I don’t get it.

Most republicans are pretty much the exact same as democrats. Pretty much a uniparty. It's a problem with career-politicians being assholes in general, regardless of the party.

Republicans did fight to keep the money given to us down. Makes no sense. Why don’t they complain about the money given to other countries?

Maybe the 600 to all of us is really expensive though.

It’s not the money to citizens that repubs didn’t approve of, Pelosi and comrades did not remove aid to foreign countries, checks to illegal aliens, didn’t remove Section 230, checks to each congressman of $57000+, the statement about president not being able to use the insurrection act, plus 5000 pages of other hidden crap. Your grandkids kids would be paying off this “stimulus package” and the $600 for years, maybe forever.

I don't think it's a matter of sticking together. I think the democrats are being told if they don't fall in line, they won't just be kicked out of the party. They will have their lives destroyed. Maybe the same goes for most republicans. I think most of the elected officials today are in debt to the corporate establishment, which gives it a huge leverage.

No you don't.

Nobody does.

Trump made the usual business of enriching yourself and your family way too hard on the swamp.

Almost no one in office is honest and nobody loathes an honest man more than Washington D.C.

TheHonestOtter 8 points ago +8 / -0

They don't want an honest person in the white house. WIth another term Trump could really shake up the DOJ and then heads would roll.

At The Last Refuge/Conservative Treehouse, Sundance has posted how it is more profitable for Cocaine Mitch to be the Senate minority leader. I don't have a link to the specific article on this laptop but it might be contained at the article at one of these saved links found in my bookmarks.

I'd trade the lot of 'em for King George III at this point. Absolutely wretched "people".

Because they already got elected, and are competitors to their own WH ambitions in 2024.

More like Mitch wants a Republican in the White House. This stopped being about Red and Blue a long time ago.

McConnell is officially a traitor and earned a spot on the anti-MAGA list.

They’re all corrupt. They’re afraid of being exposed. If Trump wins they’ll go to jail. They think Americans don’t have the guts to take the country back.

Mitch McConnell is the most powerful person in Washington with a dem president since he leads the senate. They will cater to him to get a bill passed. It’s all pay for pay essentially
