Went to fact check this. Apparently, Urban dictionary is a public access place where anybody at all could put up whatever mental diarrhea they choose. I used to think it had some kind of validity. apparently not.
It's a garbage website run by anti-Trumpers. Use the wayback machine and you can see what the top definitions used to be for terms like TDS. They then deleted all the popular definitions and only allowed the anti-Trump definitions, which had far fewer votes, to remain. I disagree that they make fun of everyone. They are agenda driven.

I think most people can see the sarcasm in that definition.
