If Trump could use the insurrection act to take control of voting machines and run a new election in states that are in question...

I can only think of two reasons why he wouldn't.

1. He already has what he needs to over turn the election without pushing the line.
2. He doesn't have enough information to push the line to this point.

Based on him never giving up, and his need to win... I think it's more from column 1 then 2.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?
