If Trump could use the insurrection act to take control of voting machines and run a new election in states that are in question...
I can only think of two reasons why he wouldn't.
- He already has what he needs to over turn the election without pushing the line.
- He doesn't have enough information to push the line to this point.
Based on him never giving up, and his need to win... I think it's more from column 1 then 2.

I don’t know. I go back and forth each day. Sometimes I feel confident. Other days not so much. I don’t think he expected or knew how cucked the legislatures and lower courts would be or the SCOTUS for that matter. I just don’t know how he swings this without using the insurrection act. Time is really running out and I feel like if he had the goods we wouldn’t be running this so tight to the clock. He needs to use all options!
