Regarding nanodrones, the video presenter stated it was made up. However, I remember nearly 20 years ago with the advent of bluetooth a discussion of an instant flying wireless network for the military. If they were discussing it then, it sounds plausible they'd have something implemented by now.
Anyway, the story does sound fantastic: why would CIA personnel be so stupid as to have wifi devices on the same network as a "secure" server?
I'm just hoping Trump is slow-walking this on purpose. With everything that has happened since Nov 3rd, a second Trump term might go more smoothly because Trump now knows who is loyal and who is not. He knows who perpetrated fraud and who tried to expose it - not just in DC but in state governments as well. As I'm typing this, I realize I could sum it up as "he's making a list, and checking it twice; gonna find out who's naughty and nice."
