This isn't from last night. This video might have last nights date as when it was posted but this has been in 4chan for about a week now. It's a LARP or a hoax that people have been trying to give momentum but it's falling flat. They have tried attaching other elements to it, like night skydivers with flares, to beef it up but nobody is running with it.
