I know the law says states are in charge of voter registrations , that needs to change. There needs to be one central voter registration systen. 1 person 1 vote and needs proof they are eligible to vote and proof theybare who they say they are when they vote. I live in NJ and I have NEVER been asked for ID. You give your name and address and then they let you vote. They have been screwing around with the refractions for years and now that there is proof it has to change.

the states should handle their own elections and how they are conducted, but the feds can mandate voter ID requirements and how the requirements are met, IE citizen of the united state of america to vote in national elections are required, and if an individual state allows none citizen to vote in their state, all illegal votes in a Federal election would be punishable by death for the person that cast it, that would include a fraudulent vote using someone else's name, this would curb a lot of this
