Interesting that you use 65 as their IQ. It just so happens that a Texan has to be over 65 years old to vote by mail unless they are in prison, disabled or will be out of the country on Election Day. These people obviously are not in prison or out of town. What are the odds so many on the same street are disabled. Many are probably over 65 but this can be easily verified.
But even easier than that, all of these ballot application should have a completed section 11 explaining why someone other than the voter filled them out. The fact this information is not in the article is obviously suspect. I have tweeted the journalist asking this question and have emailed the editor asking this question. If I get a reply I will share it.
