Never mind. I found it. You are correct that unless related, a person can only witness one application. The witness signatures are needed to know for sure if these were harvested.
Why wouldn’t National File include the information that would conclusively prove whether or not the ballots were harvested. Section 11 and signatures are not shown.
Thank you, afterr reading that article I would bet ever dollar I have that it is fraud same person doing it, and they been doing it for years and getting paid by the politicians to do it. Totally disgusting that this is happening.
