Wouldn’t the DOJ, through the AG, have to file the lawsuit if it were to be in the name of the US? I don’t trust those rat bastards at the DOJ to do any such thing.
If the AG of the DOJ does not have it to SCOTUS in one day, Then President Trump walks in with his Secret Service Fires the AG and goes to the next man in line, and orders him/her to get it to SCOTUS, if they refused, you just keep firing and go down the line. I don't care if it is a new hire Attorney that is 25 years old and been there a month, as long as he gets to SCOTUS. with an expidicted hearing request.
At that point I would also tell the 25 year old that gets it done he is now the temporary AG of the DOJ.
