And if hospitals aren’t strained, then the justification for keeping restrictions in place diminishes significantly.

Agreed. Despite the vaccine not being proven in the traditional sense, it is a bit crazy how much people are fighting over the fight to get vaccinated first. What’s particularly frustrating are the arguments that black and brown communities should be vaccinated sooner because muh systemic racism.
