I see a lot of people proudly proclaim that various congressmen are all talk or they just virtue signal or something along those lines. I can only ask myself whether those people understand how congress works? Nobody has unilateral power to do shit. They can do literally nothing other than talk and vote, maybe suggest a bill just for the establishment right and left to shut it down.
