Even if these states send new electors aren't the old ones the "certified" ones? 1.) I don't see this happening in the 9-10 days we have left. 2.) When dual slates aren't sent the house and senate have to disagree which slate to us. The disagreement is decided by the majority in each body. A majority of the senate would have to vote one way and a majority of the house would have to vote for the other slate of electors. The house is gonna be majority for Biden. The Senate will too! We have loser Romney, markowski, collins, sassed, and probably more cucked RINOs- probably freaking McConnel! Then, say these RINOs did vote for the trump electors the tie breaker- as reported by the Hill and repeated by rush limbaugh- is the governor of the state with contested electors.
All these states governors rushed the biden electors through certification. They're not gonna now suddenly select the trump electors. They're all cucked RINOs or evil Dems in the case of WI, MI, and PA. I don't believe the argument that pence can just count whatever electors he wants. That doesn't make any sense and we shouldn't have to get the constitution out to know that intuitively. IF someone does have more information on where this is in law it's be great to see.
