The gun shots came from inside the AT&T building according to different witnesses. This hints that this was either a Deep State event and/or an attack against AT&T's communication hub.
Maybe there was some kind of break in the AT&T Building to do something and then the explosion to distract from what was done inside. Deep state either way I’m sure
