Was at the grocery store the other day. Big scary signs at door about no mask, no service. The typical fear mongering. No mask for me as usual. This triggered a woman at checkout which brought on more attention from store employees..."Sir, you need put your mask on or I will get the manager!" I responded with "I don't think I will but thanks." Guy next to me says "God bless you!" and took his mask off too. He was pumped up...somebody refused the compliance muzzle!
People know this is bogus. Take the mask off. It emboldens others to do the same!
I haven't worn a mask THIS ENTIRE TIME. Everyone I interact with in public has been nothing but nice to me, including inside stores that have giant face coverings required! signs. I've had ONE incident where a guy at a restaurant had a mini freakout when I went in to pick up my takeout order. I just ignored him and walked out. He then chased after me and thanked me for the business. This mask nonsense ends only when you make the choice to end it yourself. The government will keep you in diaper prison forever if you let them.

Post them all over the place in public. That one person is you. People are paying attention even if you think they aren't.

I've not worn a mask this entire time either, and it's almost astounding to me how easy it is to get a positive reaction out of people who just needed that little bit of prompting.
You can pick them out pretty easily. Younger, more fit people. If they don't have an overtly contrarian message on their mask, they'll have a Realtree hat on or something else relatively benign that sets them aside from the mask nazi crowd. Make eye contact, nod, etc. If the situation allows for it, drop a one-liner while looking them in the eye. "You know this won't end until you choose to stop." Something like that. Don't browbeat with the guilt, just articulate that they will have to make a conscious choice. It's not going to magically go away. They know it deep down, and they need to hear it from someone else to know they're not alone in their suspicions, and that they are not crazy for thinking it.
People are over it. Be the first Domino that starts the cascade of non-compliance.
My county has a mask mandate with no enforcement this emboldens businesses to "comply" so they look good in future court cases Trying to come up with a strategy to pressure Seminole County into dropping it. any Seminole Pedes HMU to discuss.
I thought it did no harm until Scott Adams shared a study where they couldn't find asymptomatic spread in a million cases.
Now I'm pissed.
In MN and haven't worn a mask yet. Some folks saw us, smiled, and took of their own.
I've noticed that once you see one person not wearing a mask, it gives others the courage to do the same because they probably dont wanna wear it either but they just need that little influence to give them the confidence to say "ya you know what fuck that"
