Not according to those on the ground or the official press conference - the recording came from the RV, not the bomb squad
Yes they said patrol officers went building to building clearing people. The warning/countdown was not from the police
Others are saying that it was from the RV. If it were the police they would just block off the area and yell at specific people.
Authorities speaking at the press conference are stating very emphatically that the broadcast messages were coming from the RV.
