This happened in front of some AT&T building. I'm going to guess it was some very anti-corporation person who wanted to do some Fight Club type of destruction to corporate property with the same intention of there being no human casualties.

They didn't, normal non deep state infected cops would have no idea, only way they knew was literally a recording blaring from the RV.
The police said they were called in, either for gunshots or for a bomb, I'm unclear on that point.
Apparently they were already aware of a bomb threat.
