Nashville must be run by morons, I remember being in a traffic management center over 20 years ago and they had live vision of every inch of pavement in the CBD back then, they were also trained to monitor suspicious behaviour. There is no way an RV parking in the middle of a COMMERCIAL city block at 1:22am shouldn't have been picked up by a competent system, really poor.
