Did you hear the message? Wouldnt it be weird for the police to have a pre recorded message on a loop like that ready to go for a one in a million situation like this? Wouldnt it have been a lot easier to have someone live talking to give more information?
Yes I heard the message. Sounds like someone official over a police PA system. Just like in the riots. That is completely normal. Every cop car has that capability. That’s why it seemed unlikely that the message was not from the police.
