True, but my God the government is populated with morons. We ascribe machinations of genius to those we believe are Machiveliian savants when in reality those asstards are the Peter Sztroks, James Comeys, and John Brennans of the world. Government is where dumb people go to incompetently kill the dreams of normal people.
